Perfect Bliss Care offers outstanding Baby Nurses/ Night Nannies and Night Nurse who will provide you with immediate care for your infant, as you and your family adjust to your new routines following the birth of the baby. Our Baby Nurses/ Night Nannies are here to provide their expertise during the post recovery period. The Baby Nurse/ Night Nanny or Night Nurse will focus on specific needs of the baby such as feeding, diapering, bathing, umbilical cord care, preparation of bottles and cleaning and sterilizing bottles, sleep training or initiating a comfortable schedule for the baby, infant laundry, parental education and support, organizing nursery and assuring a safe environment.

Schedules

Our Baby Nurses/ Night Nannies and Night Nurses work schedules are (8) hours to up to (12) hour shifts, and usually work at night time. If you need 24 hour care, indicate this when you register with us or call us and we will discuss and modify rates to suit your needs.

Typical Start and End Times
• 8:00pm to 6:00am or 7:00am (10-11 Hours)
• 9:00pm to 6:00am or 7:00am (9-10 Hours)
• 10:00pm to 6:00am or 7:00am (8-9 Hours)

We are flexible with these times and can customize these to fit the unique needs of each family. Our Baby Nurses / Night Nannies are available for long and short term assignments.

Baby Nurse/ Night Nanny Rates

Singleton rates are between $20 - $22 per hour.
Twins/ Multiples are between $25 - $30 per hour.
Rates are determined by the experience and qualifications of the Caregiver.
For 24 hour care, the Caregiver may charge their regular hourly rate, multiplied by 20 hours or negotiate an alternative reduced rate for the family.

Night Nurse (Registered Nurse)

Rates are $35 per hour and up.
If you require a Night Nurse (RN) due to an underlying medical issues of the baby please indicate your preference when sending us a message. Our Placement coordinators can also help you determine if you need a Night Nurse (RN), or Night Nanny/Baby Nurse.

Baby Nurse/ Night Nanny Rates

Rates are determined by the experience and qualifications of the Caregiver

For 24 hour care, the Caregiver may charge their regular hourly rate, multiplied by 20 hours

The nanny may negotiate an alternative reduced rate for the family in long term scenarios

Rates are determined by the experience and qualifications of the nurse

How to Hire a Baby Nurse/Night Nanny

When we receive your call or email we will contact you in a few hours to discuss your needs in detail .This helps us match you with the perfect Night Nanny /Baby Nurse or Night Nurse (Registered Nurse). We will also discuss a schedule you are most comfortable with as well as the duration you would need our services. Depending on your personal needs you may opt for a minimum of 3-7 days per week of service, for one month; to a long term service of up to 6 Months or more. Many of our clients sign up for 4 -7 days per week for 3 month of care or service. You will have the opportunity to meet the recommended Night Nanny / Baby Nurse prior to the start date or speak with them extensively over the phone. You will also have the opportunity to speak with their references and review their candidate file. We require you to pay an upfront fee of one week of service , which will be applied to the last week of service. We encourage expectant mom’s and new moms to register with us as soon as they can so we can reserve a Night Nanny/ Baby Nurse for them, as the schedules of Baby Nurses/ Night Nannies fills up quickly. We are able to accommodate last minute or emergency requests as they come.
